Royalty-free material subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights may be used without the need to pay royalties or license fees for each use, per each copy or volume sold or some time period of use or sales.

By making a purchase and downloading an audio product, you do not buy the product itself, but acquire a license to use this product in accordance with the terms of the selected license type. You can find details and conditions of license types here: Jammaudio Licenses

The authors and producers of all the musical material presented on the site are Jammaudio studio. All rights to the musical material are legally reserved.

No! Our music is not registered with PRO organizations. Just buy and use our audio files. You don’t have to pay any additional royalty fees!

No! Do not worry about it! All music files in our library are not registered with Youtube Content ID. You do not need to confirm our content on Youtube.

Do not worry about it! If your YouTube channel does not have 50,000 or more subscribers, then you can use the Regular License. In this case, you will not have to switch to another type of license, even if a video using our product exceeds the audience limit for a regular license.

In accordance with applicable law, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the Agreement is excluded in the event of a contract for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance began with the explicit consent of the Consumer before the expiry of the withdrawal deadline.

In some cases, we allows the purchaser to change the type of license for the purchased work, in case of an erroneous choice. Within 14 days, you can notify the Seller about this via e-mail: [email protected]

1. Login, or register if you don’t have a Jammaudio account.
2. On the free product page, select “Regular License” and click the “Add to Cart” button.
3. Go to the shopping cart section in the main menu. Then click the “Proceed to checkout” button.
4. Enter your Name, Address and other required information. No payment details required!
5. Click the “Place order” button, then the download link will appear.
6. All downloaded items are also available in My Account / Downloads.

All types of our licenses do not have time limits and are valid within the framework of the current project, product, event. The license may be considered complete if the work is used as a musical accompaniment to an event, performance, and the like.

On our website you can order the editing of the audio track presented in our music library. We will make for you a unique version of the track, taking into account the needs of your project. Depending on the parameters of the track, you may request some editing. As a rule, you can change the tempo, shorten or lengthen the length of the track, add or remove instruments, parts, overdub and mix your voice track, add sound effects and much more! We can also create additional versions of audio tracks for you. Feel free to ask us about possible changes.

Editing availability can be checked on the audio product page under the Audio Details section.
Please note that not all audio tracks are editable. We can give a final answer about possible changes only after you contact us.

If you want to change something in the selected track, you can write to us about it by mail or use the order form. In the letter, you must provide a link to the audio product that you want to change and indicate exactly what changes you would like to make. You can also post a link to a working version of the video in which you plan to use the track.
Then we will contact you to clarify the details and cost of this service.

The cost of the service depends on the technical features and complexity of the project.
Estimated cost of standard changes:
* Changing the duration, moving or deleting musical parts, deleting instruments, changing the tempo, applying sound effects (without changing the main parts) – from $ 50 – $ 80
* Creation of synchronized with the video sequence in time with the correct introduction and correct ending. – from $ 100 – $ 200
* Create a version of an audio track from different tracks. Modification, addition of main parts, instruments, overdubbing and mixing of your voice tracks. – from $ 100 – $ 400

We will select for you the music tracks that are most suitable for your project, which will create the necessary mood and highlight the necessary frames in your video sequence, we will select and add sound and noise effects in such a way that your video will become a more emotional, inspiring and memorable professional product. We will do the necessary editing, mixing and mastering.

If you are in need of a unique composition, we will create an individual soundtrack for you, at your own discretion. The terms of the license agreement are negotiated additionally. The cost of the service depends on the technical features, as well as on the features of the license agreement.
